I had many sunrises and sunsets like that. I lived in the Mojave Desert for 6 years. That was long enough to find an appreciation for spectacular sunrises and sunsets and Joshua Trees.

Thanks Robert and ed for your great comments. I didn't use P/Shop with this image at all (other than for resizing). The great part about living in the desert is that the colours are REALLY vivid. The road is actually an taxiway at an airport. Cheers - Ann

Great shot. You must have seen some good sunrises on your travels. It's hard to do them justice with the camera I've alwyas thought. I like the colours of the rest of the shot too though - these shots with a road in always have a different feel too. Nice...
