Europeans are very camerashy. Far more so than most others I've met. Could be because the continent is quite crowded and people value private space more).

You nailed this one, Jeroen. The wedding was at noon and the light was simply too hot to use the soft focus. Between the champaigne and having my mind on other things, this was the natural way to shoot this one. I also think I didn't peg the autofocus. Notice the foreground is a little more sharp than her face.

And you are right about the pose too. One of the things I've noticed about European women is that they act totally differently infront of a camera.

But that's what makes it so interesting--everyone is different.

You do like your soft focus stuff a bit too much...
Pose seems a bit forced, colours and exposure are good.
