About My child,
do not let these escape from your sight:
keep sound wisdom and prudence,
and they will be life for your soul
and adornment for your neck.
Then you will walk on your way securely
and your foot will not stumble.
If you sit down,
you will not be afraid;
when you lie down,
your sleep will be sweet.

Proverbs 3:21-24

These are my 2 favorite people, my sisters... we got bored one day a couple years ago and this was the outcome! I took it a while ago and just went back to it and played with it a bit more since I now know more about PS than I did when I first did this photo. This is 2 different pictures (obviously) They're laying on a weed, a dandelion... I took that picture at my dad's nursery, and the picture of them on the floor in my living room, put them together and here it is. Thanks for looking, tell me what you think!

I think it is marvelous! You did such a great job of blending the two images. It is like they are in a peaceful dream and will soon wake up, stretch and be in a fairyland where they will meet their handsome princes. The lighting is very effective. Superb work.

Hello Rachel,

Great work you show us here !

Excellent convincing composition of your 2 sisters. They may be proud with this beautiful image ! :)

Although I'm not religious (humanist) I like your statement: Proverbs 3:21-24. It's meaning is great and suits wonderwell to this charming view.

Small advice. Maybe removing the lightcircles above your sister on the left (from point of viewer) could improve the total view. The lightfall from the upper left corner (from point of view) is not disturbing, it even adds to my opinion.

All the best for you and yours,
Albert Jacobs

An excellent combination composition my dear Rachel; a great informal double portrait set out on a gorgeous floral bed. I love the effects you have achieved in this wonderful photoart creation. It pleases me to read of your fabulous relationship with your two sisters, oh how I wish my two daughters could get along in this way. Beautiful words as usual to accompany your work. Well done to you my dear Rachel. My very best wishes to you as always........Ray;)

have composed a really nice-lovely photo, in a perfect toning of frame..is so well balanced..
;)
have a very nice time my dear rachel..

Hey Michele! Thanks so much for your critique! They mean a lot to me and I always love it when I see that you have commented on one of my pictures! Funny you say it reminds you of something like Cinderella, that is my sister's favorite character and movie of all time! haha well, guess what? I just found out that I will have wireless internet where I will be staying in NZ, and i'm praying for a laptop before I go so when I get one I will probably be able to put new photos on here pretty often, or whenever I have time!! I was so exited when I found out about this whole internet thing! Thanks again so much! Talk to you later :)

Hi Rachael,
I love your work ... and I value your time and comments you wise young girl !
This image is like all the rest for the way it warms your heart when you look at it . I was also happy to hear it was your sisters that were your favorite people in the world ... how wonderful that would be to have 2 sisters !

I think this is a beautiful fantasy type of image like for Cinderella , or some other dreamy female subjects that portray a loving , solid foundation... and make us all feel better !

I hope you have a wonderful trip soon Rachael and that you do return and keep sharing your secure foundation with us in your creative and talented ways .....

Best Wishes Always my friend ,
Michele~
