Hi Jim, you posted it because its very good and I'm glad you're sharing it with us. The long exposure works so well for me because the colors are able to be distinct from one another and they seems to be slight variations of white, brown and rust; similar to some of the colors of some of the animals you love to photograph. The way the water dips in the upper right hand corner helps us know what your subject is, flowing water, and helps give a sense of depth to the image by being a point of reference. I've been reading a book about the Art, the Design, of photographing nature by Hill & Wolfe. It's a challenge for me to do and I'm trying to learn. It seems to me that this photograph is a perfect example of what the authors are trying to teach. It's not just recording what you've seen but the artistic expression of it. Obviously, I like it, too. Well done. Rodney

A very nice natural abstract, Jim. The colours blend beautifully, (as they always seem to in nature!), and the sense of gentle flow is very restful. Nice shot. Kind regards, Chris

Ilove it! Flowing woven silk! Soft, luxurious, blended tones.
But where is the technical info Jim? :-))
Great work - I would have also posted a crop like this, if I was so fortunate to have captured it!
