About This is a Revised version of Honor in the Night II. A special thanks to Peta who originally told me about neat image, Hassan for showing me the difference it could make, and to Lissa for pushing me to try it and showing me how to use. Usefilm has been a wonderful place for me to meet new friends and expand my knowledge of photography and PS skills. I appreciate everyone's help and advice. I have grown tremendously from the talented photographers on this site.

Excellent shot. I like the graduation of intensity of the blue colors. Great composition and the exposure is very good.

This is a great sil. Karen, I found you through the "Find a Member" option, I was looking for my own name. I read that you started out on the same boat as I am. I just started this October. Anyway, I can see that your pictures are improving quite well. I love the pictures of your daughter and I think your son. So now, I may ask you some questions of my own.
-How did you make your pictures soft. eg the prom night picture.

I agree with the other comments Karen-- this is excellent, and I remember the original a bit. The sky treatment is excellent-- very dramatic.

What a wonderful silhouette! The child's stance, and the hand on the right and the sword...it all works together to make a really powerful photo!

the composition and the form against the gradient sky really makes this work...it does look much improved from the original...to say well done would be putting it mildly...excellent sharpness and a good presentation...like it a lot

It's wonderful, Karen! I can't see that much difference, I think the first one was fantastic too! The seconds was looks clearer, but I think the first one was okay too. Well well, a wonderful photo and beautiful colours, composition and silhouette.

Thanks John, but just to let you know this isnt a statue. It is a 6 year old boy being a knight in the night. Appreciate your words of encouragement and the fact that you mistook him for a statue means we both did our job correctly.

Very nice subject! The statue's shadow shape looks very sharp at the outline. The clarity is almost perfect. Good colour scape at the background! Thanks a lot Karen for watch my photo.

I have removed the original version from my portfolio. Thank you to everyone who commented. Hopefully you will see why I decided to leave only the revised version.
