......this is the other photo in your portfolio that really "grabbed" me right from the thumbnail. The facial expression is great, and the contrast of color against B&W make the young girl really stand out. Nice work. I like the desturation. D100's put out large pictures, maybe spend a little extra time at full resolution using a desaturation brush around the edges, might just give her a little more "pop"
