Karen, I came back today for second look. :) I like the fact you can move your new upload next to the old one to compare, that's a cool feature here. I still lean towards the first I think. Both are super but I like the little more intensity of the original. Not that your sweet little girl needs to look dramatic...but I thought you did a fime job on the original. The colour looks well on my monitor.

Hi Karen, I prefer the 2nd version, the right side is much better in it. The style you have gone for is not the easiest, but it does emphasise the cuteness of your daughter, it might be worth trying this again and ask you daughter to tilt her head down a touch but look up at you with her eyes, it will improve the cuteness no end. If you do retake it, use a reflector on the right side :) Keep up the good work - Richard.

Good use of lighting. Soft and delicate textures are often expressed. A great expression is caught so that it may be usual.

Great portrait. Need to fix the skin tones and remove some of the green that's there, maybe brighten the levels a wee bit and you've nailed it.

Adorable Photo Karen. Not too bad for one of your first attempts. I think this is probably the hardest kind of photography. (portraits)
I usually have to do so much PSing that I create something completely different.! lol The only thing I would do to this would be to lighten the right side. Other than that over all cute, cute, cute! Great composition.
Elizabeth
