Nice!
An image - which by definition is a subset of something larger, and therefore is framed. Whcih, within the image, the out of focus tree acts as a frame ... only to be led into the center, which is itself framed by the smaller tree.
Neat effect. Well done, Todd.

Wonderful colours and i like the "unusual" way of using dof and also i like the the clear sharpness of the bricks!

thanks much C! i am really loving this new camera...it seems like i'd take a lot of similar images with the old cam, which looked like duds on the screen. having a big lens seems to help bring out more subtle colors and textures...this thing has really refueled my photography addiction!

hi, like this selective focus,the clarity and the comp....especially love the 2 dancing trees!
