I've been tending to other projects for a couple of months and am now catching up on UF comments. Thanks for your October comment on my image, "Oxbow Bend." Hi Roby, I know what you mean about the mountain being too much in the middle. What I wanted to show, however was the land coming into the water on the left and the water going into the land on the right. That required placement of the mountain in the middle. Thanks for your comment. -- Naomi

well.. hello naomi,
you have created a very fantastic paradise place, have a soft atmosphere a delicate dof and very good exposure.. a perfect clearly, a great details and colors. maybe and personally the mountain is too much centered in the frame..major space in the left part increase the perspective and the sense of the infinity..

Hi me again, i forgot to say that it looks from the details in the about that you did everything right for this type of photo, small aperture for max. DOF, slow shutter speed etc, tripod? With your G2 you have got the best out of it. Well done

Hi Naomi, this is a great photo and a really beautiful place to go as well.
I couldn't help when looking at it thinking it is a little blue? So i took the liberty of trying to remove this, hope you don't mind? I used PSE 3.0 and tried to play with the white balance a little (difficult) and then used NeatImage to remove some of the noise in the sky. Anyway the result is shown below. Hope you can see a difference, because the image is only allowed to be much smaller when posted as an answer. Please this is not meant to be a critic on your work, more of an exercise for me :)

The reflection is superb.
I like those lush green trees - they go well with the blues sky, and I like the way the mountain rises up in the middle of the frame - beautiful.
