This was taken about six hours from where I live, so I can't go back to reshoot it (well, at least not for probably some time). I might try it out in b/w sometime though and see about cropping the top off. Thanks for all the suggestions/comments.

I love this shot, Andrea...just the way it is. Looks like it could have been taken in any one of many corners in my own house!! Great shot.

nice abstract type of shot. Love the texture and the rust on the metal. I agree with the background. Maybe you could look at it with the top cropped only showing the chair and water thing. also wonder what it would look like in b and w or sepia.

No, they're in their natural environment :) They've probably been there 20+years. That's what strikes me about this composition, these 2 very different items are companions in a decaying farm office, old friends, both fading into the shadows while life goes on outside.
