Thanks, Cristian. I was thinking of cropping, but left it as it is, because I feel, that my chief is looking somehow to the left, and therefore I left something for him to look at.

Quite unesual. It does work as you point out. I might suggest to crop the left part out and keep tthe main character in a square format.

Markus, a lovely abstract snow formation. It looks like a groupe of people sitting around a camp fire to me :-). Very well composed and framed.
