Thanks, Hugo. Actually the image was underexposed originally. But the trees were in the shade and I wanted to show more of them and came to a compromise.

Thanks, Hugo, for your thoughtful comment. Actually the orinal photograph was a bit underexposed. To show more of the trees, which were in the shade, I tweakened a bit with PS, and what came out is - a compromise.

Hi Markus, Very good shot, the screamingly hard yellow tones might seem too much, but I've seen them.... You'd have to see it to believe it.
The only thing that nags me a bit about this photo is the blown out bits in the clouds, other than that, it's a very good landscape photo. Very nice compsition, with the village and the meandering road through the flowing lines of the landscape. Nice! Very nice!

WOW........ there's a very, very bright yellow spot in front of my eyes right now... ;-D I sure hope that there's nothing wrong with them, oh thank god, it's the pic... LOL!! Great landscape shot!! Fantastic colors, wonderful view, good composition... well done!! BTW if you walked all that, it was quite a trip (for I already saw a tiny speck of yellow in the previous shot... ;-D)!!

wow, what a spectacular picture, I love the canola fields, the flowers are bright yellow, this color always seems to stand out. I love skys like this also, with great depht in the valley.
