This is a resubmission of an earlier upload. I uploaded a very small version last time, so wanted to do it justice with this larger image.
Ive photographed this scene many times, but this was one of my first attempts, and still by far the best. I was taking photos in the opposite direction when I looked over my shoulder and saw this amazing band of cloud hanging just over the horizon. I only had a couple of shots left on my last roll of film, so I was lucky to capture it at all. This is the only shot that worked, and it is one of my absolute favourites. gee...great photo! I saw it some time ago on timecatcher.com, but because I almost never remeber names, but always remember photos I like, I thought you stollen the photo. lol after I checked there, I read "about" here. stupid me. lol
