About Isnt it marvellous catching reflections. No matter how many I catch, I am always keen to catch more. The symmetry that a reflected shot can offer is so appealing to me.

My wife and I wandered up a great trail to this lake high up in the mountains. I composed the shot using the reflection so that it was virtually symmetrical. To break the symmetry I included the foreground rock so there is no confusion as to which is the bottom. I waited for some bluer sky and while I waited the mountainside lit up beautifully, and after a few more minutes the blue sky appeared.

Wow.
This is an amazing shot.
I think that the inclusion of the rock did help keep the reflection and real items seperated!

Great job!
