During Japan's long asset-inflationary bubble some pretty strange buildings went up. There's been little of that for the last ten years since the bubble burst, but this is one of them. I've not given up on people but it's too much like hard work. This is easier. It's also one of the few places I've wanted a wider angle lens than my faithful 21mm!
A nice composition Roger-- very USA like interior I think. An interesting, but maybe a little "thin" subject wise-- the girl's face on the banner is the dominent resting place for my old eyes. Cheers. Craig
I like the presentation here, a busy place and yet you show so much space. Exposure is spot on, such clarity and finish to every inch of your presentation. Well done.
These kind of commercial spaces always seem a little bizarre, the enclosed air too great somehow....there are a couple of spots in Toronto that come to mind. Two of them have enormously long escalator ascents...makes me think I should take a few shots the next time I get into that city, my former home town. That CV 21mm seems like a fine lens. Interesting shot.
