I really like the feeling of the whole picture.
what I would have done is that make the whole image a bit darker and bluere to make it has more dramatic way to be
appeared.

Very nice tones and subject. Only comment was that I'd like to see her whole head, and the lens flare or water drop on the lens is a little distracting. Good job.
