Hi Michele, I like the color and composition -- I think the blurred flower is distracting -- but I know what you mean about posting things to get feedback. My whole "ducks in the city" series was for purposes of learing (come to think of it, the "furnace out" series was pretty experimental too). I applaud your attitude.

Hi Michele, The total composition is good but the bluried flowers are very distracting. 1/500th of a sec. would have been enough to stop the wind movement and give you an oportunity to close the lens down to give you more DOF. If this didn't help maybe to shoot 2 or three more of the same scene would help eliminate the wind problem. Good luck. BILL NAGY

Good shot, the orange color of that flowers makes good contrast with the other more deep colors and looks good, a nice microkosmos Michele, hmmm...some interesting flowers at the top right area, hope you get a close up here...
About the focus somehow I believe it is nice to have something in the foreground and also in blur but on that image I believe these two flowers are pretty big for that effect and cover lot of the focused area, hmmmm, perchaps I could ask for much smaller aperture dear Michele...
