Subtle, soft light, flawless composition, great use of color - all of your trademarks are here... And I agree with you, Karen, the border is a terrific enhancement here, creating a floating green on green effect that I find beautiful... I love the way you are playing with BG and Framing colors lately... Keen eye for design and coordination...

I like the composition of this a great deal Karen. I think the green background is wonderful to emphasize the white of the flowers. It also does a great job of adding depth to the leaves and stem. Wonderful work.

Serene the background is a sheet of light card, you can get them in any colour.
Jason as far as I'm concerned the image does stand on its own the border imo only enhances the image.
