Very nice...black & white is a good choice for this - It wouldnt have been as nice in color (IMHO) - My only suggestion would be for "bare shoulders"....it would have added a special appeal, yet tasteful. It would be nice to know your method of color-to-B&W...? There are different ways to do it. GREAT WORK !
