Very nice capture. Its kinda tough to get the QB by himself with nothing inbetween him and your camera. Great timing too.

This is true Paul. It does work. But its a highschool, the lighting conditions in there are really bad. The 1st time i went there, i was using my camera without a flash. I was at 1600 asa (the highest my camera can go) and only pulling out 1/200th f2.8. I attached one of the only good photos I got from that game.

Without a flash, it is quite hard to get anything sharp, and there are way too many shadows from the players helmets blocking the faces and expressions.

So basicly I need the flash, since i cant make anything sharp without it. And my lens is sharp enough being a nikon 80-200mm f2.8. But thank you for the thought.

Good idea Jason, but the thing with that, is this is highschool football, the stadiums arn't very bright. Come to think of it I think I using 800 asa, I shall change that. But the exposure that every photographer on the entire field was using was 1/200th f2.8 at 800 asa, with a flash.

Without a flash, everything has too much motion blur from the players, and the shadows are too intence, you cant see faces. And I am already using a monopod.

All i can say is wow. Thank you alot for your comment on my picture. It was fun capturing that. This is an amazing picture. The moment you look at this photo you can tell what type of mood it is, then it takes your mind on a trip of what would be there. Great, i give it a 7.

interesting picture. It is an abstract cause it makes you look..... and keep looking..... and looking untill you finaly figure a little out about what it seems to look like. Is it an umbrella?

Honestly i like the photo... it was a good idea, at first when you look at the picture, you would think that the steps at the bottom are tilted and that you would need to adjust the camera... but then when you look harder the trees in the background are going straight, so then you figure out that the steps are actuilly tilted in life. So yea, i dono if you should try cropping it and makeing the bottom steps level or if you should just leave it. Anyway have a good day.

Very awesome picture. I like the set up on the picture. The green at the bottom faiding to white at the top is very nice. The focus seems a bit off. but that might have been what you were going for. But overall its a very nice picture. It seems like something that would be on a postcard. :-)

great abstrat, i really like this. The color of the rust is awesome looking, and the shadows just help the picture. You have a nice composition on it too. Good job.

just a tid bit. Its from your scanner, everyone has that problem, just take it into a photo editing program and do a bit of contrast and brightness, and it should fix it right up. I hate flatbed scaners. Thats what your using to get it posted right? *crosses fingers* :-)

Sweet. I remember the first time devolping my film this semester, it was kinda creepy, cause i thought i was going to screw something up. i didn't... so yay. But yea keep it up. Do you have an image editing program. Cause you scanning your pictures on like a flatbed scanner would make your pictures look really washed out. so if you have an image editing program, do a bit with the contrast and brightness of the picture, and then it should look like your original. Anyway have a good day.

I like the composition that you had with this picture. I'm also kinda new to photography. I started photography in November of last year, and i'm just loving it. I'm going to add you to my friends list, just to see your next pictures that you post. Keep shooting.

wow thats crazy that its that big. I dono if you were wanting to compare the cross to the things at the bottom of the picture, but they are kinda destracting if you weren't. So i would maybe sugesst cropping them out. but thats just me. have a good day. :-)

Cool picture man. It looks as if the focus is off a little bit, that its not focused on your eye. It might just be me, but i was wanting to bring that to your attention. How do you like your camera? I have been thinking of getting one of those.

Very nice. Good idea and I like the composition. Its too bad that you can see yourself in the BMW symbol. That would be some crazy editing if you fixed that in like Photoshop. I love the picture tho, good take!
