The tilt is an optical illusion, I used a spirit level on the camera!! The light mark I think has been caused by the casette, being removed from the camera in light! Only appears on one shot.

Thanks Alan, Tri X was developed in Tetenal Ultrafin Liquid, gives sharpness and crisp grain.
