No Amna , on this one I cropped after the shot , with the Canon 20D 8.2 mega pixels it gives you plenty of cropping ability.

Dan, it is a perfect shot , technically there are many elements that enhanced the feeling of this shot; first of all,the "colour"s combine is so attractive, then contrast, sharpness DOF and etc...very good macro graphy and merit for awards!
