This one is taught by Al Sanders. I've taken classes from him before and he's really good. This is covering the "mechanical" aspects of photography...shutter, aperature, lighting, etc. (Just the stuff I need, since I know NOTHING about that!) Anyway, I'll let you know! Have a great weekend.

Who is teaching that class? I took a class there last year and it was taught by Meader. It was just a 35mm class though, no digital. I liked it, but he just had us go out and take any pictures we wanted to and then we looked at them and that was about it. There wasn't a lot of direction with the pictures, so I finished the class wondering if I had become a better photographer or not.
I'm taking a class at the Roeder Home right now. This class covers both 35mm and digital too. The gal that is teaching the class has given us a list of elements that she wants us to capture. I've been all over town doing my homework this week. It's been a lot of fun. I feel like I might actually be learning something from this class. We'll see. Let me know how you like your class.

Kathy and I are taking a class at WCC starting Tues Oct 4. It's a 2 hour class for 5 weeks, both for 35mm and digital. Looks pretty good. You might want to check it out online. It would be fun to see you there!

Hi Susie!
Thanks so much for all of the nice comments. I have just been having a blast on this web-site. Some of the photographers are amazing on here! It has inspired me to take some photography classes.
I did take a hers and It didn't turn out as good as this, so I think that I might shoot it again and then post it. So, yes there is a hers, it just might not be posted right away!
