About This is a fountain at the Stamford Museum and Nature Center, it reminds me a little of the Trevi Fountain in Rome. I will post another view of the horses below.

I love that mint green against the leaves. I really like the way the leaves seem to have formed a halo around the horses. Beautiful work.

this is great. the blue and rusty color of the leaves work so well together. nice perspective too. try cropping out the bottom base line and straighten the slight tilt- how would that look?

cheers,

Really cool photo, Alison! I love the unexpected color combination, and the repeating semi-circular shapes in the composition! It took me a minute to see the horses - it just looked like an interesting rock formation at first. Great job of seeing differently!

Excellent colors and composition, dear Alison.
Thank you for your frienf=dly comments on my "Broken glass", on my "Am I the prettiest" and on my "Who am I reallly?"
By the way, the real me is the little figure inthe upper right, taken in 1966-7 in Kurdistan, northern Iraq.
Best regards,

There's something strangely tragic feeling about this to me. It's almost as if the horses are fighting to regain their footing..fighting to survive without their beloved water..

This is really a fun and interesting angle. I like the coppery leaves against the aqua background.
