Wells Cathedral, i remember well, the cathedral with the large big green around it .. i remember sitting on the grass when we paused our bike-travel through south-england and wales (so many years ago) ..
Was your shot taken with tripod ? It sure looks amazingly sharp !! Congrats.

An amazing structure, Chris, and a magnificent capture of it! These places never cease to amaze me, with all the workmanship that went into them, and without the use of modern tools.

Thanks for the comment, Amitava.
To see some pictures of the inside you could click on my 'Wells' portfolio and there's some already there.
As to this current series, I've done very little in PS except for a little straightening and use of the 'glowing edge' filter.
Kind regards, Chris

Thanks for your comment, Antonio.
The tilting line at the bottom of the frame is due to the level of the grassy area rising from right to left as you look at it. If you look at how much of the building is showing above the grass to the right you'll see there is more of it than on the left. I hope this helps.
Kind regards, Chris

I am asking Chris which is the horizontal line perfectly parallel to the base of this shot; I see a bit tilting on the base but it could be due to not orthogonal position of the camera with respect to the front door
