About	Vietnam just opened to traffic its first tunnel that undergoes the Sea & Cloud Mountain. The 5-mile-long tunnel replaces the dangerous 13-mile pass that caused many deaths every year. This picture has been taken in April 2001, when workers of Japanese Nippon Koei were using mines to start on north entrance.
