About Vast supplies of herring had gone missing at Birdland, so they called in the Special Branch ~ which the C.I.D. (Cockatoo in Disguise) just happened to be sitting on at the time. After two days of intensive investigations and interrogations, (during which a mynah bird was heard to say: ?This is the pits!), the suspected culprit was apprehended. Much to all the birds? surprise, the villain was Penny, the pert little penguin!! (The fact that herring scales were found under her fingernails and 43 herring skeletons showed up on the x-rays of her stomach, was something of a give away!!) But, if justice was to be seen to be done, there would have to be an identity parade at which Oswald, the observant owl who had clawed (as opposed to ?fingered?) Penny would be called upon to pick out the culprit.

This shot was taken at that very identity parade and highlights the difficult task set before our Oswald.

Just off to take my tablets!

Tawitt, tawoo!

Chris

P.S. This shot is actually a composite of 37 different shots which went a bit wrong!!

Tweet, tweet! :o)

hehehehe.... Very creative stuff, Chris! And some very profound PS work. Like this alot. The identical penguins give it somewhat of a gen-fiddling atmosphere. Very well done!

Cheers,

Hugo

Mr Spracklen, you've reminded me of a time in the 60's when I was supposed to be taking my then girlfriend to the pics. On my way to her house I was confronted by some detectives looking for volunteers to form a ID parade. Well you can't refuse can you? That parade took 3 hours because the witness (A PUB LANDLORD) had gone out for the evening and a search of the local pubs was launched to find him. 3 hours and I got the princely sum of 2/6d (half a crown). Pity they hadn't got cloning tools then.
You pulled off some great PS work here. Congrats.

So you cloned the bird over & over, and you added the sky, and you painted them with dalmation spots,... am I close? :) Cute result. Dottie

Hi Maggie,
I only ever used the built-in lens that the S602 came with.
Kind regards, Chris

Great photo Chris,

I had another question for you.
I currently own a Fuji S602z as you did in the past, and was wondering if you could give me some pointers on what type of lenses you used for it.

Thank you.

Wonderful work Chris, very sharp and clean. For some reason it took me while to locate the head of the penguin :)
