About	Slide No 8 One night coming home, I was driving past the railway depot where a minor emergency was being attended to. A train had been derailed (at slow speed and with no passengers) and was being helped back onto the tracks.

Good catch of this situation, Neil! Pays to always have your camera handy! Looks very dramatic with the lighting, and the lens flare adds to that, I think.

Paul,

I used to think so too, until I heard they had brought in a 1000Tonne crane by road to lift the carriages from the recent train crash site near Newbury (about 2 weeks ago when 7 people were killed and 130 injured)
