The photos you have taken for Roland has such sad undertone... but same time so beautiful! I think it somehow mirrors it how you feel you want to say to him that the best is yet to come. A very beautiful photo with lights and darks, and the bridge between.

Chris, The photo is lovely, but the sentiment and the story are very touching and sad. I'm happy to read that your friend Roland knows our Friend, Jesus. Our prayers are with you and Roland's family. One day, all those who have made their peace with the Lord will be together. That is the blessed hope. -- Debby

I'm struggling to find words that haven't already been said Chris. It is the ones left behind that carry the pain and I know your Faith will help you through. Best wishes to you all. Den

You know Chris , I feel like I know Roland through You and I know the prayers of everyone are being answered in GOD'S way!And that lump in Your throat, well You gave it to Me also. And I think that lump is God's way of showing His love and compassion and in HIS time We will all walk across the bridge..........

You're right, of course, Merete! And there was a big lump in my throat as I said a final prayer with him and then hugged wife wife and daughters! It's certainly a sad time for them, just not as hopelessly sad as it could be? Thanks! Chris
