Oh no ... what a title, it had to be yours lol

I thought you might have "Jetty-soned" that humour for the summer !

Great photograph Chris and I do like the presentation also. We arrived back yesterday after a week in Norfolk - got a few piers too (Gt Yarmouth and Cromer) !

Best wishes,
Steve

Nice silhouette of the pier Chris! It apiers to be an amusement pier!It also apiers to be closed! As I pier into the distance their seems to be a gull flying thru the pier and a misty mountain in the background! Nice work Chris! My best..................John

I like the faint shadow of land which mirrors the shape of the pier. That really works well

....anothe classic GROAN title there Chris!

The main pulling point for me is the faded hill in the background - adds a lot of weight to the shot and sets the pier silhouette up nicely

This shot surely captures the serenity of a seaside resort before the grockles wake up.

Am trapped slaving over a hot computer on what should be a day of rest! Argh!! This is a nice minimalist shot. Would probably also work in B&W. At least it hasn't gone the way of the piers at Clevedon and (more recently) Brighton!

Another 'groaner' title. ;-) Really neat shot.

Hey, Chris, it's still Saturday here!

Interesting title to go with a very interesting image. What is that thing at the end of the pier? (please tell me it's not a small roller coaster! But that's what it looks like to me)

I like the two tones, and your presentation is absolutely PERFECT!

Good job,
Have a nice day/evening,
Lori :)

I thought you'd jetty-soned these puns by now...
Nice shot Chris. I like the way its silhouetted against the light and there is just a suggestion of land behind... nicely done! (I'm all awash with ideas now...)
