Hi Marion, thanks for your comment. I see what you mean, but under the circumstances, I was already pretty happy with the way this turned out (and in more than one way...) It's not a cropped image, I used the entire frame. I do agree it's a bit tightly composed.

I only realized AFTER you wrote the comment on my 'Beschuit-met-muisjes' photo, that this is your newborn!
Congratulations!!! Hope mother and child are doing well!
The baby on my photo was born in March this year and is the first child (daughter) of my daughter's best friend.
As for this triptych: Apart from the great idea to portrait 3 generations, the execution is very good. The one of your father I like best. This one I might have cropped/taken a little different, including a bit more of the left eye.
