Hi Raamses, A completely unreal shot. Very creative capture. The Blacklight creates a very surreal atmosphere.
The atmosphere of a Disco, apart from the fluorecant colours does IMO not quite come out, though. The difficulty with this kind of shots is that the ambiance of the pounding bass, the noise and the lighteffects are difficult to capture, as with an image, most of the senses are eliminated (no audio, no touch, no motion) With such a shot, some extreme effects (zoomin g in during the exposure, a fill flash with an even longer shutter speed (would require a smaller apperture) can recreate a hint at the atmosphere. Hope you see what I mean. It's still a nice shot, though, well captured.

those really are some rock'em sock'em colors and since i've been working (unsuccessfully, i might add) on b&w all night this image is a long tall glass of refreshment for my tired eyes. In other words, you done good..real good..she's so real i half expect her to jump up and start dancing..you did well holding very very still while you shot this. very nice..kat~

As you probably already know, I have a weakness for mannequins, and yours, Raamses, speaks to me espcially, the colorful socks and the whole composition.
