Country - Argentina   Argentina
About Forget about Niagara, forget about the Victoria falls and go and see Iguacu at the border of Brazil and Argentina. This is not just a single waterfall (or 'Cataratas'), but actually an area of 2,5 km's long with more than 275 waterfalls (didn't count them though...) where water drops down about 80 meters in a lucious green environment full of birds, butterflies and other species. This is one of those places where nature is at it's best.
Have fun, Jeroen

i can appreciate the lesser known falls in the world. i've seen and photographed a few myself. this one is quite nice and ranks with the best of them.

Eu nunca vi as cataratas do Iguaçu fotografadas, nesse ponto de vista, vertical está perfeita o dia estava bonito, desse jeito vão pensar que o Brasil so tem floresta.

Jeroen, I agree with Hugo ... the strip of land gives an exact idea of how magnificent this waterfall is. You have captured the different terraces of the fall very well; colours are magnificent; and I can almost feel the mist on my arms! You have done well my friend!

WOW... Very impressive scenery, Jeroen! Very well captured too! I like the inclusion of the strip of land you're standing on, as it does reference to the sheer size of the cascades (a bit). Beautiful travel documentary.

Cheers,

Hugo
