Thanks guys. Kim, thanks for the gel tip. I will have to try that next time. This "session" was a spur-of-the-moment thing, which, it pains me to say, is how I shoot most of the time. I'm impulsive by nature. Will try this again with more thought and patience regarding the comp and lighting.

Very mouth-watering, although the light on the bottom of the apple is almost too cool for this image. A orange gel on the light would have added a more creamy effect.

love the lighting. Great image, but maybe a little tight on the cropping. I would like to see at least on edge of the apple. Overall, very successful image. Good Job!
