Thanks Harry, it was the brightest of the 2 rainbows present. Did a little zoom in on the base of this one. It was late in the evening and did not have time for the tripod. Shot a 1600 and hand held. Would have liked to have shot at 100 with a tripod for better detail.

Hi Riny, this was taken last night after a very heavy storm came through. This was in the valley across from my house here in South Western Montana. There was a double rainbow and I zoomed in on the brightest one. It was almost vibrating and shimmering as it hung over the mountain. My wife and grandson were watching with me and we were talking of the beauty before us!! Thanks for your good vibes today. My best always!!
