Thanks Dan for the comments. I shot this with the aperture as wide as this lens allowed at 300mm. The flowers petals were bent towards the camera on the left from the wind. I see what you mean about the left side. I appreciate the help, Stan

Lovely flower Stan so nicely presented. Perfect exposure creating such lovely tones in the flower. Maybe a little more DOF would have nicely crisped the edges on the left as they are in the right. Great work my Friend

I was serious about the PS tricks. I only know some basic PS. Any extra hints are welcome here. Nothing to be envious about if your eyes are that blue. Have a good evening, Stan

Disregard Stan ... I was just envious of this one because it's the color of my eyes except for the pupils! :))

Sunset Man, thanks for the vote of confidence. I do not have the PS skills at this point to clone out the stem. I said what the heck, it came with the flower. What PS method would work for that? I am here to get all the help that is available and use it. Thanks for the interest and the suggestion. Be well, Stan

Aloha Stan,
Well now here is one great floral smack into our faces with great detail, color, and a nice square format. Have you though about cloning out the stem and the rest of the background or do you need that we be 'grounded'? Just a thought ...
Many thanks for sharing!
