Black coral is quite rare I think (?)
This piece of coral is rather large.
The "fence" you refer to, Dave, is a security door with heavy metal patterned "keep outs" in pretty shapes... lol... It also has fly screen.
This is a straight up image... only a little pp work for contrast and unshark mask.
Glad you find it "different"...and yes, it does look somewhat like tree branches. I am running out of ideas, but then, just this evening, I noticed something I wanted to photograph (another abstract), but I am too tired and feeling unwell... I'd probably drop the darned camera! LOL! (A borrowed digital camera belonging to Colin Porter... I don't think he'd be too pleased about that, so better safe than sorry... lol...)

Definitively a different abstract.... glad you explained it because beyond the fence, I would have surely thought those were tree branches. That is exactly what I thought it was... whooda thunk coral?

I just "see" something, and if I have a camera handy, I shoot it. Sometimes I do not think at all about a shot... I just see it and photograph it.

I am just having a hot drink and waiting for my "adopted" peacock to arrive! He adopted me. :)He seems to prefer living in my garden than that of whomever "owns" him! He has been wandering in for weeks every day now! I am hoping to photograph him soon. We have become very good friends! :)
