thanks a lot Reza for your kind comment, really these birds are pretty friendly and even I was very closed they don't afread me....I bet they excpect from me something to eat... the fishermen there gives them fishes and so they can be really closed to me...pitty that I didn't have my big lens...hehehe. I could take a shot from its great eye!!!

ooooops super shot! what a pretty bird and great shot dear john! good shot for 300mm.in my last tripe i tried to capture a bird"lak lak" but they were very afraid of peoples and flying soon..

Really beautiful shot John. I like the way you chose to place the head of the bird. The visible eye is razor sharp which means that pefect focussing. Good overall colours too. Keep it up...

thanks a lot Michele, I miss that peacefull little port, that place is so peacefull that even at the middle of the town (yes, that port is a kind of a lake that connected with the sea and it hasn't specific depth...yeap, looks like at the very past it was a volcano...) but some times I can find these birds there...
