When I first printed this image (yes by hand in the darkroom), I actually wanted that real "heavy" contrast. I like contrast (in case you hadn't noticed... lol)... but I see your point and thank you for being kind enough to take time to look back and forth between the two versions. I'm glad you like either really!!!

I'm looking back and forth between the first and the second version. While I like the contrast, it changes the photo up a bit, losing some of the ghostly quality. I guess that means I like the first, because it is eerie or dreamy, a feeling that goes along with the subject matter (white dress, b&W, and the reflection).

Yes .....better! Very nice portrait and thats just what it needed .....perfect! Very lovely setting with nice exposure and range! The lighting is outstanding! Fantastic reflection

Right... my scanner is getting the axe... lol... no... maybe just upgrade the drivers??? LOL!
I will attempt an attatchment now that I have pumped the contrast up yet again in PS... I wonder gow it looks here... hmmm...
