About Over-exposed Kodak chromogenic print film to make this image "sepia looking". A very quick shoot, so no time for reflectors (to add catch lights to eyes etc) as the young man was late for a bus of all things!! LOL!

I have not PS this image. I could easily have added catch lights to the eyes. I prefer it "straight".

I like this image very much!
There is a mood and a very good light in it.
This young man is so handsome!
To my mind the only drawback is his hand in the pocket (it looks like having been cut off).

Best wishes,
Tatiana

Yes Shirley. This is one of my three (birth) sons actually... the eldest. I don't usually say who the people are in my images. Guess I'm just being a proud Mother.. lol..
Thank you for your wonderfully kind comments.

Warm Wishes,
Aniko :)

Thanks again ana... and yes.. I agree. He had naturally lovely hair, but it was his choice to cut it... I have no say in the matter.

Aniko :)

Interesting shot dear Aniko,
it's not a job I could do, maybe that's why I like this shot, but the truth is best shots in any category are interesting and this shot is a great Fashion shot, with the limitations you've mentioned above,
My bests,
Mohammad

Thank you so much Mohamed.

I am proud to say that I handspun, designed and knitted my son's vest, and it adds to the overall texture, I feel... especially in relation to the old concrete water tank which is the backdrop to this image. My son has good looks, and not I say this because I am his mother... he is also an actor and dance instructor. He "knows his stuff", even when his old mother asks him for a quick shot before driving him to the bus stop! LOL!!! He looked to me, so good that day in my mind's eye (photographically speaking) in warm tones... I just had to insist. My children are kind and obliging!

Warm Wishes,
Aniko :)

Thank you so much Ciprian!

For a snatch and grab, I am quite pleased with the result... but I am most likely biased, as this is my son, shortly before he cut all his beautiful hair off! If only I had such a lovely mane... lol...

Warm Wishes,
Aniko :)

You are kind, Branimir...

I scanned this print directly from the very good lab tec's brilliant abilty. I give her high praise... She always "knows" how I want the print, for she knows not only my "taste" but also is a great photographic artist in her own right!

Thank you for your kind commmnet and I will be looking out for your work at a "decent hour"... unlike close to 4.00am here in my part of Australia :)
