Ha ! You also criqueing your own shot. We seem to have much in common ( escept of course for me being a 'grasshopper' still !) I do love the look your baby is giving even if she/he looks a bit frightened or just camera shy as a baby. Michele~

Oh yes, I DID mean Yoda - for some reason the names got mixed up in my head! Cute with or without fur although I do prefer dogs with a furry coat:-) Best wishes for the weekend, Annemette

Annemette: Very cool analogy, although more of a Yoda-pup than obi-wan! I picture the Gremlins from the movie too but the Star Wars Yoda is right here if I shave her! ;)

Susie: Quite correct . . . a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and there's a HUGE difference between owning ONE Corgie and owning TWO Corgies! LoL. After the early demise of my wife's Maltese (only about 17 yrs. old), I bought her a Corgie. Having seen the cost, I thought we should probably breed them as well since they cost about as much as Parrots!!! And right again . . . There's NOTHING like being a dog owner.

What a cutie! Is this a corgie? You have much fun in store. We've been dog owners for 25 years and it is so rewarding! Susie

Robin! That was a priceless comment too! Very nicely put (though the prices didn't vary too much)! I should have photographed it and made a poster but at the very least I'll know what to say the next time my wife teases me about my "couch" eating dog! :)

This is a little girl . . . my wife's is the boy, almost exactly one year older. They're not really so big though . . . see http://www.usefilm.com/image/1096566.html for a current idea of size. This lil girl is between the rocks and the boy is on the right! . . . Not bad for my pre-Nikon days, though. The dogs are Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

Hi Nessa! I figured out why the look! It's so that - after eating my shoes and (regardless of what my wife says) she ate only one loveseat . . . which made it look like it snowed indoors when I got home from work - they still can survive the intial shock of the pet owner! :) By the way, until she came home with me; we never knew what an inside out loveseat looked like . . . so she IS educational!
