EXCELLENT! Here two elements fight each other for the price of more time watched!!! Really great, for me the statue is unique but also the lighthose have some original elemnts.
Adds a lot that color!

This is the first time I tried to do something with the blue's in this photo, not my style, and probably for the last time, I always like the originals more, but in this one the blue's were a bit overexposed.

Thanks Doyle for your comment, I agree and disagree with your points, but ofcourse that is all personal.
You're very right about the blue hue, it's not natural, because what I never do I did now for a sort of experiment, I did a little playing with the blue's in this photo, maybe a bit too much. About the lighthouse, that's IMO straight as it possibly could, maybe the angle or probably the dune that give you that opinion or isn't it? That's my opinion, so don't be angry at me if you disagree with that. I'm very glad you like it anyway, and happy you read the about on this photo.

____A beautiful monument and interesting capture.
____I must say that the blue hue is very distracting and feels unrealistic (in my opinion). I also think it might be better served if the lighthouse was leveled (it seems to cant ever so subtlely to the top right side). An image rotation to bring the lighthouse level looks like it would help add dynamism to the monument itself.
____The texture conveyed by the waves of grass and the disparate elements of this composition are, on the whole, really wonderful. This image has a lot more potential (in my opinion) and is really lovely. I especially like the info about this monument you were thoughtful enough to include in the 'about' section!

I'm happy you like it Laura, it is situated against a big sanddune. It was a very bright day, but against my own principles, I did some working on the blue tones, maybe thats what influences the photo a bit.
