Hye Joel... sorry for the 'no show' but I'm having some (major) PC problems... I'm 'firefoxing' this for my IE won't show me any pics/websites anymore... there's 'Spring cleaning' for ya... help... LOL!! But in this case I think you found the perfect sollution: you take the shot and Rina cropping and toning it to perfection!!!! I like the cloud as well, but in this case it's mind (logic) over matter (too busy)... ;-D

i'm so glad you did what you did! So refreshing to see what other photographers see past your own eye. Know what I mean? It's character building!
thanks again Rina!
...tonight, I'm going back to shooting items from the market on my kitchen table.

Phew! [wiping sweat off brow] Probably not the best size for the example, but I thought I'd throw in something a little different to what's on offer.
So pleased I haven't stepped on any toes! :))
Cheerio to you and the missus!

Rina!!! That looks amazing!
my wife Lisa..my critic, loves it! she was very against the busy left side....and I wanted a little house on the left with gigantic cloud in the sky. In fact, i think she called the left side too busy. ;)
I have a hard time leaving my day job behind when I sit with a monitor and mouse. Must let go of WIDE vista and super detail. :)
This looks like a 1960's postcard!
thank you Rina!
cheers, -joel

No comments here? This will not do! Have to wonder if the left side seems a bit busy maybe? I realise you fell in love with that gorgeous cloud but... could be it needs to be sacrificed Joel.
Ok, here's an *extreme* take on this. Vertical orientation, sepia blended layer (nostalgic??), white matte... take a looksee :)
I've probably missed the entire point to this, but I couldn't just sit idly by and watch that sad and lonely '0 comments' :( Not fair when there's wild parties going on right next door!
