About we went for a walk between storms today. The break in the clouds brought great photo opportunities if I was in the right place at the right time. I liked this one the best of the ones I got today

Wow Tim this is spectacular, the light shade with those storm clouds very ominious looking. The gold tones really make it more dramatic. Congrats on a very very well deserved BIP. SO glad it came up on front page, or might never have got to see it
Margaret

Hi Tim; I agree, a wonderful photo, and congratulations on the Best in Project award-- well deserved. This shot is well titled-- very dramatic lighting and the threatening sky adds to this feeling also.

Actually this photo has quite a bit of complexity to it, ie all the detail, but you've framed and organized it very well into a coherent "whole". Very nice. Cheers. Craig

Hi ya Tim...
What a beautiful and well deserved BIP image.
I think this had to be a hard decision for you as to which images are your best as you have so many awesome shots.
Excellent Tim.
Well my time for the pc only comes in spurts here lately so I'm off to see what else you have posted.

You are right about that , beautiful places are addictive, once you are there you never want to leave it. Thats why I said that I was very lucky to be an ameture photographer in India, because you have so many subjects to capture, Im also lucky that I get to travel this much and see places outside India. I knew someone who went to Canada for a month official trour. He came back with amazing pictures. You have a very beautiful Country.

What a beautifully dramatic shot, I love this one with the bold afternoon lighting. There is great movement in this photo, I can feel the reeds blowing and the clouds moving above. I think you will paint a gorgeous picture from this one. Alison
