Japanese street signs are often as inscrutable as the expressions on people's faces. This sign simply means that ONLY pedestrians and cyclists are allowed access between those hours--and anybody and everything outside those hours. No exactly intuitive, is it! Welcome back by the way. Look forward to seeing your photos again...

For an almost backlit photo the result is very good, Roger. The details in the shadows are nice. I am puzzled by the walking sign, so any time before and after you are not suppossed to walk there?. Regards, Rob.
