Nigel, Thanks for your comment and the attached image !! I agree with you comment about darkness, but I thought that emitting more clouds of smoke (not cropping at the top) was much better for this title "Ready to go". I just visited your portfolio and found you like transportations especially steam locomotives. They are wonderful and well conserved !! Koichi

Willians San,
I can imagine the place where you placed the Voyageur and took this panorama. Quite different from the image taken by a ordinary camera with a wide lens. Fantastic !!! I think, this is the 180 degree + panorama. Right ? Koichi

Williams San,
Congratulations on uploading of your first panorama photograph taken by Voyageur. At last, I got to see it.
So fantastic image, I think.
By the way, how long did it to take to upload this panorama including scanning time from the 22cm long negative and so on. Koichi

Eshel San, Thanks for your visit to my photograph. Your kid, she or he, is very cute !! I guess, 2years old ?
Actually, she is not my kid. My daughter is almost 23 years old and it's impossible to give her a ride on my shoulder.

Williams San,
Very clear and nice sharpness !!!
Here is another shot, you were just about to take.
If you look at the right upper side, you can see a fluorescent light. I think that made shadows. But, it is insignificant !!!

Williams San.
Totally, I understood what you want to say about "bokeh".
Surely, the orange and white circles are not natural.
Very difficult to use a zoom lens. If I were in Disney Land at sunset time, maybe these kind of unexpected double circles will be fine as a visionary "bokeh". Right ?
Anyway, very difficult to use and choose a zoom lens properly, and many things to learn about this !!!
Thanks for your constructive and straight comments on this photograph.
Regards,
Koichi

I also have passed this stream hundreds of times like you, but I did not recognize, this stream is nice photograph place for reflection.
I think this is the power of TX-1.
Very beautiful !!! I will try.

Williams San,
Thanks for your comments.
It was a little bit after 6:00 PM and a shutter speed was 1/80 (ISO 400).
If it were daytime. I use F8-10, so that "bokeh" should be less than this background.
However, I don't think, this is a problem with zoom lens.
In order to get more contrast between 2 guys and background, I like and need this kind of gradation.
Regards,
Koichi

Williams San,
Thanks for your comment.
Honestly speaking, my flash, it didn't work properly and as you mentioned, I tried to retouch it, but I could not get a nice color.

Very nice shot, Noam,
Sometimes, I take this kind of photograph rather than the object which photographers are aiming at.
Because, it is my fun to see their serious countenances.

Koichi
