About: I took pictures when I was wee-high and loved it. Then a tragedy befell my Canon AE-1. I swore of photography for a decade. Then I spent way too much on a Fuji 680Z (Porsche Design: it really looked cool) and I dropped it, snapping off the retractable lens. Told I should just buy a new camera, I swore off photography for two more years. A couple of months ago, I broke down and bought a Canon Elan 7n and I've been on a high ever since.

So I'm taking pictures like crazy and trying to make up for 12 years of lost learning (and fun).
