If it was there 1998-2000 i have to admit i have completly forgot it. I was often in Barceloneta for one or another reason and also on the beach.... ok, i will check more closer next time!

Yes, it's a weird sculpture... but it turns a beautiful sunrise scene into something quite exceptional. I am usually up well before dawn these days, and sometimes there are rewards. Thanks for your suggestion about my "Autumn Colours" photo. I think you were right... and a couple of others make really good suggestions along the same lines.

Hi Paolo!
This is such a famous spot in Barcelona's beach. Just ask for "Playa de la Barceloneta" (Barceloneta's Beach), and you'll find it.
What a shame that I'm not gonna be in Barcelona next week. I'm going to Amsterdam and right after it to Canary Island to work.

No Larry, no use of PS composing the picture, just PS in color adjustment, curves and lines, but not creating the weird structure.
