A nice concept, and an excellent shot to illustrate it. The composition works very well here, and I like the tones, they really set the mood of the shot well. Very nice work indeed, my compliments on doing this so well.

Very well done. It looks like a scene out of Pilgrim's Progress (if you know that book). Something almost mythical or other worldly about it. I am no judge of PS work as I only use it to correct problems in actual photos, so I can't comment on this aspect, but the final product is impressive.

Wow...this is outstanding....absolutely beautiful work Cessy.

I like the strike of colour at the top and the lone horse at the bottom. The colours surrounding the horse really add to the whole mood of the image.

Good work and good luck in the contest.

And a big thankyou for entering.

Judi

This is wonderful -- very moody and otherworldly. The lighting is very dramatic, especially the highlights on the horse.

The only thing I find slightly off is the transition from the very desaturated landscape to the brilliant red of the sky around the setting sun. It moves too quickly from one to the other for my taste; if you could make the transition somewhat more gradual, I think it would be perfect.
