I can"t think why this didn't win an award; it's a quite outstanding photograph. A very powerful image, almost menacing with the sense of pent-up power. The motion blur is just perfect... This goes to my favourites!

Excellent shot Cessy, great light i suggest you to come straight to Arezzo and take some shot from the "giostra del saracino", a secular medieval cavalry tournament in one of the most beautiful, ancient squares of Italy...you will have a lot of fun for sure...:-) Very well done, congrats Giorgio

Wow Cessy. What a fabulous image. So dynamic. I love the blurred background, hoofs and legs of the horse whilst you've kept the important parts sharp. Spectacular!!!! To my favs. Den

This is very nice. I have shot several jousts but it's difficult to keep modern life from intruding on the shots. You have done a masterful job here. Excellent work.

Wow Cessy! I love the feel of action here! What an amazing shot. The background looks blurred - almost as though you panned the shot (I actually think it was the texture of the wood but the effect is the same!). Such a dramatic shot!!!
